The Butler University volleyball team swept the Georgetown University Hoyas on Oct. 15 to improve to 15-10 (4-5 Big East) after the 25-13, 25-13, 25-19 win.
Sophomore outside hitter Anna Logan said she felt Butler’s positive mentality guided the team to victory.
“When we play loose and have fun, we get things done,” she said. “We were able to keep our energy at a high level tonight.
Logan and redshirt sophomore outside hitter Whitney Beck combined for 26 kills in the victory.
As a team, Butler hit .278 compared to the Hoyas’ .
