Sabres vs. Canadiens recap: Sabres snap losing streak with rowdy 6-4 win

The Sabres finally give their home fans something to cheer about in a fun, sloppy 6-4 win.

Home win, and especially entertaining home wins, have been few and far between over the past few years at the First Niagara Center. Fans in attendance last night, however, were treated to one of the most fun nights the FNC has seen this season.

There were breakaways, sweet kick-pass goals, and even a successful penalty shot as the Sabres held on to win a wild 6-4 contest.

Things started off poorly for Buffalo, falling behind just four minutes into the first period thanks to the fantastically named Sven Andrighetto, who prompted many a "here we go again" feeling from fans watching.
