Elmira Jackals fans can now start planning their lives between October and April, as the ECHL released its 2015-2016 season on Monday afternoon.
Buffalo Sabres fans can also start marking dates down on their calendars for making the drive to Elmira to see their ECHL club, if interested.
The ECHL season opens on Friday, October 16 with 22 teams in action across the league.
The Elmira Jackals open their season that night, hosting the newly-formed Adirondack Thunder in the first of a three-game homestand. The Jackals will then host the Brampton Beast the following night to close out the opening weekend.
