Marc Arcobello snapped a 2-2 tie in the third period and Jack Campbell stopped 15 of 17 shots in his first game in goal for Team USA Monday in a 4-2 victory over Russia in the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

The U.S. (3-0) moved into sole possession of first place in Group B with nine points. It was the first loss for Russia (2-1). The Americans are off until Thursday when they face Belarus.

Twice the U.S took one-goal leads only to see the Russians tie. Trevor Lewis scored in the first period but Anton Belov evened it early in the second.
