BUFFALO, NY – The University at Buffalo track and field program is pleased to announce the addition of Coach Brian Lombardo to the Track & Field coaching staff, program director and Head Coach Vicki Mitchell announced on Tuesday morning. Lombardo comes to UB from nearby Sweet Home High School, where he brings in a wealth of knowledge and almost 20 years of coaching experience, along with a storied coaching resume. Lombardo will be in charge of overseeing the jumps and combined events for the Bulls teams.
Lombardo, a graduate of Canisius College with an undergraduate degree in Physical Education and Master's Degree in Education, has been teaching and coaching for nearly 20 years in the Western New York Area.
