BUFFALO, NY – First year interim head coach Mike Ruechel will make his head coaching debut this weekend as the Bulls open up their 2019 campaign at the Titan Classic, hosted by Cal State Fullerton. UB will take part in five games this weekend in Fullerton, California.
"We're very excited for the 2019 season to get underway," Ruechel said. "It's been a few months since we were able to practice outside. Our infielders are looking forward to the dirt and our outfielders are looking forward to seeing fly balls. With a handful of our athletes being from out west we are expecting a good turnout for our first weekend.
