1. He (gasp!) doesn’t like bleu cheese on his wings
Poyer has only been a resident of Buffalo for a couple months, but he’s getting to know his new home by trying as much of our local cuisine as he can. He loves hot wings, but he doesn’t like to eat them the way that many lifelong Western New Yorkers do.
“You might think I’m different, you see. The bleu cheese isn’t for me,” Jordan admitted. “I’m more of a ranch guy. I know a lot of people will be on my head about that, because I asked for ranch instead of bleu cheese one time at a wing spot and everybody laughed at me.
