Kyle Williams likely headed to IR, says Rex Ryan

Speaking with reporters after practice on Friday, Buffalo Bills head coach Rex Ryan told reporters that veteran defensive lineman Kyle Williams may be placed on season-ending Injured Reserve in the near future, as his injured knee has not responded to treatment.

Rex Ryan said Kyle Williams' knee is not responding to treatment and his season is likely over.

Williams injured the knee in an October 18 loss to Cincinnati at Ralph Wilson Stadium. He had already missed the ensuing games against Jacksonville, Miami, the New York Jets, and New England, all without his prognosis not sounding any better on a week-to-week basis.
