Due to his large stature and booming presence on the field, the stout nose tackle was commonly referred to as “Mt. Washington” throughout his 17-year NFL career. Standing at 6-5 and weighing in at 375 pounds in his heyday, Washington was a physical and dynamic playmaker. A Louisville product, Washington was drafted in 1991 in the first round by the San Francisco 49ers.
