Rob Hanrahan has been promoted to director of pro personnel. Hanrahan is entering his 15th season with the Bills after serving as the team’s assistant director of pro personnel in 2014 and pro personnel coordinator from 2008-13. From 2004 – 2007, Hanrahan served as a pro personnel assistant after two years as the team’s scouting assistant from 2002 – 2003. He first joined the Bills as an intern in the media relations department in 2001.
Kevin Meganck has been promoted to director of football operations. Meganck is responsible for assisting with player contract negotiations and with managing the salary cap, management of all football-based research systems and coordinating team travel logistics.
