Tom Brady suspension upheld, but the saga isn't over yet

Don't count on the Bills facing Jimmy Garoppolo in Week 2 just yet. Tom Brady is still suspended for four games, but pending litigation could still change that outcome.

The NFL suspended New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady for four games back in May, and after a lengthy appeal process, that suspension was upheld today. But while Brady is still scheduled to miss the first four games of the 2015 regular season - which includes a Week 2 tilt with the Buffalo Bills - this saga is far from over.

Brady and his legal counsel are planning on suing the NFL over the decision, reports everyone, and could either have the suspension overturned in an expedited court process, or drag their feet enough in the process to delay a judicial decision until after the 2015 season.
