Rondae Hollis-Jefferson & Kobe Bryant have a lot in common. They both grew up in Philadelphia suburbs where Rondae's former high school team, Chester High, were rivals against Kobe's former high school, Lower Merion.
The difference lies amongst their age as Kobe, 37, made his NBA debut while Hollis-Jefferson wasn't even born yet.
However, there's something special when professional athletes from the same hometowns get to match up with one another. Before the season even started at Media Day, Hollis-Jefferson told reporters he wanted to cover Kobe Bryant, Lebron James, and James Harden.
