The Nets didn’t clinch a postseason appearance until the last game of the regular season then Long Island lost in their first post-season appearance in three years.
The game started with hot shooting from both teams, but the Nets jumped out ahead first. It was a very high-scoring start, with Delaware’s blitzy offense becoming a theme for the entire game.
