Finally! The day we've all been waiting for... Game One of the NBA playoffs between the Brooklyn Nets and Atlanta Hawks. The Nets were hoping to take their first step in pulling off one of the biggest upsets in NBA history. So they had hoped, anyway, as they're the eighth seed up against the number one seed. That kind of upset has only happened five times in NBA history.
Brooklyn didn't get the result they had hoped for. They battled, but the Hawks defeated them in Atlanta, 99-92, in the opening test for the Nets and their exorbitant playoff roster.
