BOWLING GREEN, Ohio – Head coach Mike Jinks and the Bowling Green State University football team announced today the additions of two players for the upcoming 2017 season. Each player is a junior college transfer and will be immediately eligible to play.
The newest members of the Falcon family are Fred Garth (Northwest Mississippi Community College) and Datrin Guyton (Copiah-Lincoln Community College). Both will enter their junior seasons in 2017 and have two seasons of remaining eligibility.
Garth, a native of Amory, Miss., is a defensive back and immediately became a starter for the Rangers as a true freshman in 2014.
