The ballgame was a part of the Mule Mix Classic. The Falcons, who scored a season-high eight runs, also posted a season-high 11 hits in the loss.
Bowling Green falls to 0-5 on the season with the loss, while Middle Tennessee improves to 3-3. The Blue Raiders recorded 21 hits, and did not commit a single error. The Falcons committed four errors in the contest.
