BGSU clinched a spot in the WCHA's premier event with a decisive 3-1 victory over the Bemidji State Beavers in the third and final game of their WCHA Tournament first round series at the BGSU Ice Arena. The victory clinches the Falcons' third straight trip to the Final Five in their three seasons as members of the WCHA. They have also won at least one playoff series in all six of Chris Bergeron's seasons as BGSU's head coach.
