Eddie Howe believes Jack Wilshere's loan move to Bournemouth will help the England midfielder kick-start his career.
The 24-year-old joined the Cherries in a deadline day loan move from Arsenal and made his second start of the season in the 1-0 win over Everton on Saturday.
And Howe believes Wilshere's 'brave' decision to take the step down from the Emirates to the Vitality Stadium will bear fruit.
The Bournemouth boss said: 'He's picked a very brave decision for me.
