Callum Wilson suffers another devastating cruciate ligament injury as Bournemouth striker is ruled out for the rest of this season

Callum Wilson has been dealt another cruel injury blow and will miss the rest of this season.

The Bournemouth striker ruptured his anterior cruciate knee ligament in training and is again set for an extended period on the sidelines.

Wilson has already missed a significant amount of football with medial ligament damage to his other knee back in 2015 which ruled him out for six months.
