The Boston Red Sox agreed to a contract extension with Matt Barnes
Matt Barnes, just two days away from representing the Red Sox in his first All-Star game, signed a deal that will keep him in Boston for at least two more seasons.
The 31-year-old right-handed pitcher is enjoying the best year of his career.
