E-Rod throws 4 scoreless, 'pen struggles vs. Astros

Left-hander Eduardo Rodriguez turned in another solid start for the Red Sox, giving up two hits and no runs over four-plus innings. Rodriguez walked three and struck out six.

"Every pitch felt good," said Rodriguez, who lowered his Grapefruit League ERA to 2.09. "I felt under control most of the time."

Brad Peacock, who is out of Minor League options, made the start for the Astros, giving up four hits and a run in three innings.

"I felt good," Peacock said. "It's the best I've felt all spring. Offspeed is still coming along.
