Robertson blows save, Blue Jays beat White Sox 10-9

TORONTO — With the slumping Chicago White Sox in position for a rare win, David Robertson couldn't close it.

Josh Donaldson hit a three-run home run off Robertson in the ninth inning, his second homer of the game, lifting the Toronto Blue Jays to a 10-9 victory Tuesday night.

"It's frustrating for me because the team played really well today," Robertson said. "For them to play as hard as they did today and for me to go in there and give it up in the ninth is really tough. We needed this win."

Robertson (3-1) blew a save for the second time in 11 chances.
