Former Boston College running back and Heisman finalist Andre Williams is getting another shot in the NFL, again with the now Los Angeles Chargers a team he played with in 2016-17.
Williams finished his year with the Chargers after being released by the New York Giants during the preseason. He only played in one game against Kansas City in which he rushed the ball 18 times for 87 yards. He has struggled in his time in the NFL, averaging only 3.3 yards per carry. Los Angeles recently let running back Danny Woodhead leave, so Williams chances of making the team might have improved.
