FINAL: Boston College Tops Wagner 42-10

Things didn't start quite the way the Eagles wanted, as Wagner quarterback Alex Thomson scampered for a 55-yard touchdown run, but after that it was all Boston College Saturday at Alumni Stadium.

BC turned to its ground game and defense to smash FCS foe Wagner 42-10. The Eagles held Wagner to just 107 yards of total offense, led by defensive end Harold Landry's three sacks and five tackles for loss. The junior also finished with a team-high six tackles.

Offensively, it was actually redshirt freshman Davon Jones who finished the day leading the team in rushing, but Jon Hilliman had a fine afternoon as well.
