LAKE PLACID, N.Y. – The Boston College ski team closed out the St. Lawrence Carnival on Saturday with the giant slalom at Whiteface Mountain, which opened the 2019 EISA alpine season.
As a squad, the Eagles placed eighth on the women's side and the men were 11th.
Sophomore Parker Biele was 15th after the first women's GS run before slipping back to 19th overall with a combined time of 2:24.38 to lead the team. 19th was one away from her top career EISA finish, which she earned at last year's UVM Carnival in Stowe.
