Last week, we talked with Washington Post National NBA writer Tim Bontemps about Isaiah Thomas' place in the NBA's echelon of stars. This week, Tim and I discuss the potential Celtics lineups, rotations, sub patterns and most importantly, closing lineup. We started the conversation on how the Celtics deal with losing Evan Turner and finding a way to keep the offense afloat when IT catches some rest.
Tim Bontemps: I think [Turner] was overrated in his impact in Boston, and in the contract he signed this summer, but it is undeniable that he provided them with a second creator when Thomas wasn't on the court.
