Jeff Nooney: Terry Rozier. He hasn’t been the force off the bench like I was expecting after watching summer league. He’s only producing 0.896 points per possession in transition this season, per Synergy. That put his in the 21st percentile, which is significantly below average. His finishing at the rim has been poor as well. He’s an explosive athlete, so you’d expect his production to be better than it has been.
