Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, aka Jahar. This name has become nationally known in the last 12 hours. This 19 year old man from Cambridge, MA is on the loose right now and subject to the most public manhunt in American history for his alleged role in the Boston Marathon bombing and killing of an MIT police officer.
And, like any other 19 year old, he is on Twitter.
