Crowder has ACL sprain, no surgery; Cedric Maxwell says Cavs players told him they planned to retaliate

Here's the diagnosis on Jae Crowder:

Crowder, and thus Celtics, have dodged a bullet. Diagnosis on his knee is sprain and bone bruise. Won't need surgery, just rest & rehab.

Last night on WBZ's Sports Final, Celtics radio commentator Cedric Maxwell stated that Cavaliers players told him they intended to "retaliate" for Kevin Love's injury:

I talked to some of the Cavaliers players, and one of the things they mentioned to me, they said, ‘Look, what happened with Kevin Love, we’re going to retaliate.
