Jermani came to the Blue the same way Rypien did: By being the highest rated player we had ever gotten on campus at his position. Jermani initially played high school ball in Calabasas, California before his family moved to Virginia and he played his final year of high school there. While at Midlothian, he earned a 4 star rating and top-30 (nationwide) position ranking from all of the major recruiting services. He turned down Michigan State, Arizona State, UNC, Wisconsin, Virginia Tech, Virginia and Washington State to come play for the Broncos.
