Providence vs. Georgetown final score: Cartwright flirts with triple-double in Friars’ rout of Hoyas

Providence Friars point guard Kyron Cartwright did his best Kris Dunn impression, coming dangerously close to a triple-double in the Friars’ 74-56 victory over Georgetown to wrap up the Martin Luther King Marathon.

Cartwright, who scored 16 points, dished out 11 assists, and grabbed nine rebounds, continued his season-long strong play in the victory, while Rodney Bullock led the Friars in scoring with 22 points. Jalen Lindsey and Emmitt Holt chipped in 14 and 11, respectively.

For the Hoyas, it was the same story as usual.
