NEW YORK – The Georgetown men’s team and the Providence women’s squad will defend their respective league crowns at the 2016 BIG EAST Cross Country Championships presented by Jeep Friday, Oct. 28, at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx, N.Y.
The women’s 6K race will begin at 11 a.m. ET and the men’s 8K run will start at 11:50 a.m. St. John’s University will serve as the championship host. It will be the 13th time the BIG EAST has conducted its championship at Van Cortlandt and the first since 2012.
