The Marquette Golden Eagles received some fantastic news on Sunday. In the wake of their victory over the Xavier Musketeers, the Golden Eagles landed a 2020 commit.
Symir Torrence, a 4-star combo guard, is the first to join Steve Wojciechowski’s 2020 class at MU. The news of Torrence’s commit was announced by Evan Daniels and Torrence later announced his commitment via a video on Twitter.
Symir currently attends the Vermont Academy in Saxtons River. The 6-foot-3, 170-pound combo guard is tops in the state of Vermont right now and is also fifth at his position.
