Report: Baylor OL Dominic Desouza leaves program, retires from football

Baylor offensive tackle Dominic Desouza has decided to retire from football, per a report from 247sports.com.

Desouza, who started all 13 games in 2016 after redshirting the season before, graduated from Baylor in December and decided to leave the program. The 247sports report does not that he could use the NCAA graduate transfer rule to play for another program in 2017.

Baylor still has three starters on the offensive line returning in 2017 -- Blake Blackmar, Ishmael Wilson and Patrick Lawrence. Center Kyle Fuller was a senior last year and is busy preparing for the NFL draft.
