Question: What's your reaction to Baylor hiring Matt Rhule? Is he what the Bears need? What could be a potential drawback of bringing him in?
Sherrington: Surprised by the hire, because he's an East Coast guy with absolutely no ties to Texas. Considering how far behind they are in recruiting, that could be a real negative, at least initially. Of course, if he takes Grant Teaff's advice and hires some Texas guys for his staff, he can mitigate a lot of that.
