Drayton McLane Jr., former chairman of the Baylor board of regents and the namesake of McLane Stadium, spoke to reporters Wednesday after a news conference to announce a partnership between the Dallas Cowboys and Baylor Scott & White Health at the team's new headquarters, The Star in Frisco.
