OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- If coach John Harbaugh has his way, the Baltimore Ravens will close out the preseason with a win Thursday night in Atlanta.

It doesn't matter that it's the most meaningless of the meaningless summer games, and it doesn't matter that none of the Ravens starters will play and Baltimore will only suit up 43 of its 75 players currently on the roster.
