Ravens sign rookie WR Joe Horn Jr. after tryout

OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- Could a cellphone be hiding under the Baltimore Ravens' goal post at offseason practices?

That's certainly a possibility after the Ravens signed wide receiver Joe Horn Jr. to their 90-man roster on Tuesday after an impressive tryout at rookie minicamp earlier this month. Horn is the son of the former Pro Bowl wide receiver from the New Orleans Saints who famously celebrated a touchdown in 2003 by hiding that prop underneath the goal post and pretended to make a phone call.

Joe Horn Sr., who ranks third all-time in receiving yards in Saints history (7,622), broke the news of his son signing with Baltimore.
