The idea that the Ravens would draft a quarterback with the 16th pick sounds a little bizarre. Joe Flacco is under contract and the team is stuck with him for a couple more seasons. The team went 9-7 and may not be many pieces away from being contenders (at least in theory). However, finding the quarterback of the future is something that is good to get a jump on.
The fact is that this is a quarterback heavy draft. Josh Rosen, Lamar Jackson, Baker Mayfield and Sam Darnold are the most buzz-worthy QB prospects since Ben Roethlisberger, Eli Manning and Phillip Rivers entered the league in 2003.
