NFL owners pass two rules that impacted the Ravens last season

It has been a busy couple of days for the NFL owners, who have reportedly voted on 15 new rule proposals and on the relocation of the Raiders.

One of these rule proposals was prohibiting a player from leaping over the offensive line to block a field goal attempt. In case you forgot, Justin Tucker’s only missed field goal last season, came from a play like this in Week 14 against the New England Patriots.

This rule change continues with the trend of the NFL trying to make the game safer to protect its players.
