Former Baltimore Ravens safety Matt Elam was arrested again early Monday.
TMZ Sports reports police were called to the 2013 first round pick's girlfriend's Delray Beach, Florida home around 4 a.m. Police talked to Elam's girlfriend and her mother, who said Elam had come by to pick up his car.
That's when Elam allegedly tried to grab her cell phone out of her hand, saying he had pay for it. They fell onto the ground while fighting over the device before he got control of the phone and ran. He was found nearby a couple hours later, and told police he asked her for money and, when she didn't comply, he took her phone.
