Brett Hollander looks back at the Ravens arrival to Baltimore 20 years ago with former Governor Parris Glendening.
Glendening became Governor in 1995 after winning election by a narrow margin. He made John Moag the chairman of the Maryland Stadium Authority to try and lure a franchise to Baltimore.
