Can Ravens draft John Ross after dealing with Breshad Perriman's knee issues?

OWINGS MILLS, Md. -- The Baltimore Ravens need a playmaking wide receiver, and there's a good chance Washington's John Ross will be available when they are on the clock with the No. 16 overall pick in the upcoming NFL draft.

But does Ross strike as much fear in the Ravens as he does opposing defensive backs?

Ross had surgeries on both of his knees over the past three years, which should sound familiar to Baltimore. He had microfracture surgery on his right knee after the 2014 season and had a torn anterior cruciate ligament repaired in left knee in 2015.
