Ex-Raven Terrence Cody's animal cruelty case postponed

Former Ravens defensive tackle Terrence Cody was granted a postponement in his felony animal cruelty and misdemeanor drug charge case, which had been scheduled for next week.

Cody and his girlfriend, Kourtney Jammese Kelley, who is also facing charges, are now scheduled to appear in Baltimore County Circuit Court on Nov. 12. They are facing 15 criminal counts, the most serious ones being two felony animal cruelty charges.

Currently living in Georgia and out of the NFL since he was released by the Ravens in February, Cody was indicted for his alleged role in the death of his bullmastiff.
