There are now 46 days remaining until the next scheduled Orioles game, which is Opening Day. There are just two days to go until pitchers and catchers report to Sarasota to begin spring training.
On Friday, the Orioles announced the spring training camp roster, including ten players who are non-roster invites and 22 who are “camp reserves,” a group of minor leaguers whose purpose seems to be for the O’s to trickle some extra players into big league camp to get them some extra face time before the minor league camps begin, which now may not be until April.
