Orioles closer Zach Britton leaves Saturday's game in ninth inning with apparent injury

Pitching in a tie game in a wild contest Saturday night against the Chicago White Sox, Orioles closer Zach Britton left the game with an apparent leg injury in the ninth inning.

Britton struck out the first two batters he faced, but came up limping after fielding a drag bunt by White Sox right fielder Adam Eaton.

Britton scooped the ball near first base and attempted to flip it out of his glove to first baseman Chris Davis, but Eaton was safe and trainers came out to check on Britton after the play.
