The man who caused an international incident in the baseball world when he threw a can of beer at Orioles outfielder Hyun Soo Kim won't be going to another game any time soon. Or ever.
Canadian media outlets report Ken Pagan, who pleaded guilty to one count of mischief in the incident at the American League wild card game, was ordered to stay away from Major League Baseball games for life, and stay 500 meters away from Rogers Centre.
CTV News reports Pagan apologized in court, saying he's a lifelong baseball fan whose emotions got the better of him.
