There are now 34 days remaining until Orioles Opening Day. This uniform number was used by Paul Janish in 2017, but will be used by Kevin Gausman this season in memory of the late Roy Halladay. So make like a two-time Cy Young winner today.
Also happening today is the beginning of the Grapefruit League season. The Orioles will play a bunch of games that don't count over the next month and they will hopefully get themselves into game shape and collect information on who their best players are and when and how to use them.
