MUNCIE, Ind. - The Ball State women's tennis team remains undefeated in Mid-American Conference play after its 5-2 victory over Buffalo Sunday afternoon at the Cardinal Creek Tennis Center. With the win, the Cardinals improved their overall record to 16-2 overall and 4-0 in league action while the Bulls drop to 6-7 on the year and 0-2 in conference play.
For the third-straight conference match the Cardinals took the doubles point from their opponent. Although taking the early 1-0 lead today over Buffalo wasn't easy for Ball State. First off the court was the No. 2 doubles tandem of Peyton Gollhofer and Carmen Blanco.
