INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. — Emily Weiss missed a state title in the 200 individual medley by the slimmest of margins, but she's not disappointed.
Weiss finished second in the 200 IM with a time of 1:58.50, which broke the previous school record at Yorktown. Carmel's Trude Rothrock won the race with a late surge, finishing in 1:58.28.
"I'm not bummed out at all. It was the best time by two seconds," said Weiss, who finished fifth in this event last year.
